Have your say about improvements to Sharphaw play area in Skipton. A North Yorkshire Council Consultation.

North Yorkshire Council are currently working to improve the quality of the Sharphaw play area. Currently, the site only offers a limited selection of play equipment. Some items have previously been removed and not replaced, and the remaining equipment, safety surfacing, and fencing are now in poor condition. For safety reasons, the play area has been temporarily closed while we plan improvements.

This public consultation will gather opinions from residents and users of the play area which will help North Yorkshire Council to understand what improvements are needed. The consultation report will be used to inform the final proposals.

Please complete the online survey by Sunday 30 November 2025.
